I had a wonderful experience with my root canal and crown. Dr. Lyons was very caring, professional, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. A special thank you to Patricia for being so gentle and kind. I truly appreciate the excellent care from the entire team!

If I could give this place 1000 stars I would…. If you need emergency help, GO HERE! This place from the reception to the doctor was so polite, professional, and so caring. Aspen Dental tried to charge my husband over $8K and tried to sell him on all this dental care he needed, would not book him any sooner than a week when he was in excruciating pain. When I called here they saw him right away and within 20 minutes he was being set up for the extraction. Thank you so much for helping. 🙏

I went to Urgent Dental Care earlier today to get a tooth pulled. They all, from the receptionist, to the Dr's, the assistants and the intern Allen, were all unbelievably awesome! They all were incredible, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I was terrified to get my tooth pulled, but they made it as easy and as comfortable as I could of possibly imagined. I am so thankful someone recommended them to me, and I will be recommending them to everyone! Highly highly recommend this place! I promise you won't be disappointed. They are the best! Thanks so much again Urgent Dental Care! I wish I remembered the Dr who removed my tooth, she was incredible!

What can i say about the best urgent dental care available in rochester? Nothing other than i wiah we had them sooner. Years ago i needed some teeth pulled, and wish these guys were around. Very friendly interactions with the staff. I felt cared for and i felt like i was welcome there. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family in need of emergency dental care.

I had an abscessed tooth extracted on a Tuesday (at a different dental clinic). By the weekend, the pain had not gotten better but much worse. I could feel exposed bone from my jaw with my tongue and my breath smelled horrible no matter how much I brushed my teeth, rinsed my mouth, or gargled with mouthwash. I looked online for an emergency dental place that would see me on the weekend. It was Saturday morning and I got an appointment to be seen at 4 PM that day. I arrived right at 4. I was seen quickly. The staff were courteous and compassionate. Everything was explained to me in a simple straightforward manner but I wasn't talked down to. I had an exam, an x-ray, and prescriptions for antibiotics (that the first dental place should have but didn't prescribe) and stronger Ibuprofen, all before 5 PM. The prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and my meds were ready for pickup by the time I got to the pharmacy, about 45 minutes later. I highly recommend them if you have a dental emergency in Rochester.
